Most of the candidates have been given examination centers in different centre's of Assam. In this recruitment process, more than 19,000 unemployed youths of the state have submitted application forms by paying a fees of Rs.1100. But the exam centers of this recruitment process started raising questions from the very beginning. Various youth organizations of the opposition party's raised the issue of conducting examinations for the students of the state in outside the state. They demanded to arrange the examination in the state.

But the bank authorities remain steadfast in their decision without giving heed to the demands of the candidates and the youth organizations. In lieu of, the bank authorities decided that necessary buses will be arranged for the applicants to come and go to the examination centers in Assam. But it is allagged that the cooperative bank authorities did not inform the examinees about the operation of TRTC bus service on time. Many have come to know about the arrangement of bus services too late. Meanwhile, since May 2, before the start of examination in several centers of Assam, due to heavy rains, rail and road communication has been cut off in Tripura. Due to strange circumstances, many candidates could not go to Assam to sit for the exam. So all the student organizations are demanding that those who could not take part the exam should be given an opportunity to take part the exam again in the state.
