At a time when the opposition BNP is trying hard to whip up anti-India sentiments across Bangladesh and even though a large number of Bangladeshi youths and students publicly and brazenly spewed anti-India bile by openly celebrating India’s unexpected and accidental loss in last year’s world cup final, India remains the preferred and easy destination for those riffraffs seeking better fortunes . This is reflected in frequent nabbing of Bangladeshi infiltrator termites and terroristic Rohingiyas.

In the latest such incident police in Dharma Nagar yesterday caught three illegal Bangladeshi infiltrators when they were loitering about in the Singnal Basti area of Dharma Nagar. Having sighted the trio the sub-inspector of the police station Suleman Reang queries the trio but got no satisfactory reply and then nabbed all three. They confessed having illegally infiltrated into India by paying Rs 2 thousand each to human traffickers.

Sources from Dharma Nagar said that the nabbed trio had been identified as Manur Ali (31), Mohammed Russel Ahmed (18) and Mohammed Fahim (18). Of the trio, Manjur Ali had come illegally to India and had been living in Irani area under Kailasahar town by marrying an Indian Muslim girl while the remaining two had entered Indian territory recently. They admitted that they were originally residents of Maulvi Bazar area of Bangladesh and had obtained Indian documents after entering Indian territory for settling down area. The trio were sent on two days police remand by judicial magistrate Saumyajyoti Debnath after they had been produced in court. Sources said that the system of issuning ‘Aadhar’, PAN and voter ID cards should be much more stringent and strict to put a check on infiltration of Bangladeshi nationals , specially Muslims from across the border.
