Illegal negotiation of contract work resumes across the state including ONGC, local mafias settings team

A gang of nego-mafias has again become active in negotiating tenders for ONGC contract work like CPWD in Usha Bazar. Claiming the support of the BJP top leadership, these negosiation mafias are deciding who will get the tender and quotations for all the small and big contractor jobs.

On the evening of May 2, Vicky, the secretary of Bharatratna club in the Usha Bazar area of the city, was murderd. It is very clear in the preliminary police investigations that illegal negotiation trade is the main reason behind this murder. Even though there was no murder, there were several incidents of gunfire and explosions in the north of the city too. The peaceful environment of PWD, CPWD, ONGC, DWS, RD officees in the state is deteriorating due to negotiation business.

According to informed sources, not only the contracting work of the CPWD office in Usha Bazar is focused on, negotiation trade circles have been formed all over the state and central government offices. And each office has multiple groups. Members of multiple groups often clashed with each other over negotiation trade after a few days. Even if there is no clash of weapons, fights and abuses are going on all the time.

It is reported that many any government building construction and road development works in the state have been stopped mid-way for the benefit of the negotiation trade of contract works at various places.
