Q. Why we need a Call Centre Help Line?
Ans: Because as a consumer we need a mechanism to provide a one-stop place to address consumer concerns across all major sectors. Consumers can call from anywhere in India and abroad to our Call Centre number 0381-2413946 and 18002007850 (Toll Free) and get advice regarding their problem as a citizen/consumer. The Helpline has been formally launched on 26.02.2012 and is functional on all the seven days from IST 8.00 A.M to 8.00 P.M.
Q: Who can help me in solving my queries and how?
Ans: You can ask your queries at the following places and our Call centre Executives will attend your call and provide necessary information ask for.

Q: Can I ask the status of my application on Pass port, ROR, Ration card, Driving license, MGREGA Job Card, Citizenship, PRTC etc by calling the Call centre?
Ans: No. Call centre executive cannot help for such services presently on your behalf. Presently we have no such facilities. But we are planning to start these services soon.
Q: Can anybody inquire about MGREGA related information through the Info Call Centre?
Ans: No. Call centre executive cannot help for such services presently on your behalf. But we are planning to start these services soon.
Q: Can I lodge a grievance through call centre?
Ans: Yes, you can lodge a grievance by calling a call centre executive at 0381-2413946 and 18002007850 (Toll Free). A grievance can also be lodged by telephone or by visiting our helpdesk at Post Office Chowmuhani, Agartala, Tripura, India, Pin-799001
Q. Is there any Joining fee and Annual fee?
Ans: The consumers or the public in general need not to pay or register their name in our call centre. They can take our call centre services/help free of cost. But the service providers have to register their name by paying a minimal fee and showing their experience proof in the respective field. The joining fee is for one year and service provider has to renew their name every year.
Q. Whether NRI(s) can take the help of Tripurainfo Call Centre
Ans: Yes, people from across India and also from abroad including NRI(s) are free to take our Call centre services/help.
