C K Nayudu: Bowlers can achieve win for Tripura

Agartala, Nov 04, 2012 : Tripura scored 146/5 in 51 overs in the second innings after taking 112-run first innings lead over Goa in the Colonel C K Nayudu trophy(Plate-A under-25) 4-day match being played Goa on Sunday.

The visitors altogether took 258 runs lead and five wickets still remaining. Goa scored 178 in the first innings while Tripura 290.

On the third day of the match, Aniruddha Saha(82 batting), Nirupam Sen(18) and S Debnath(35 batting) were the remarkable scorers in Tripura second innings. Gourav Bhatia(00) and Samir Debbarma(00) again failed to crack.

R D’Souza and B Mangaldas got two wickets each while V Kamath took one for the home side.
