Interpretation
of the words and expressions
used in these instructions In
these instructions, unless the context otherwise requires:- (a) “Act” shall mean the Right to
Information Act,2005. (b) “Rules” shall mean the Tripura
Right to Information Rules,2005. © “Section” shortly used
as “Sec” refers to sections in the Act. (d) Other words and expressions used in these instructions but not defined shall have the same meaning as defined in the Act and the Rules. |
