Even after minister's assurance electricity service not normalises, agitated consumers decided not to rent house to any Sai Computer officials in Kailashahar

Electricity service was not normalized in Kailashahar today even at noon. Power Minister Ratan Nath had asked Sai Computer Agency to restore power services in Kailasahar two days ago. But there was no result. So today, regardless of party affiliation, people from all sections have decided in a meeting that no houses will be rented to anyone from Sai Computer Agency in Kailashahar. People from all parts of Kailashahar feel that the overall power service and power situation of Kailashahar has deteriorated ever since Sai Computer Agency was started to Kailashahar power service. They have no good power engineering skilled manpower in Kailashahar. Line repair work people are also no experience. Moreover, linemen are not paid salaries on time. So the people they hire don't want to work for natural reasons.

Those contractors of Kailashahar who used to provide training to local people to do quick line repair work during calamities, Sai Computer Agency wants to hire them at such a low price because of the natural reason that those skilled workers do not want to work for less money. In this situation, the huge number of electricity consumers of Kailashahar have suffered by giving highly technical work to unskilled people for less money.

Notably, nowadays a little bit of wind causes power outages in Tripura. Local contractors who were earlier involved in providing electricity services in Kailashahar complained that the linemen of Sai Computer Agency do not even have a modern ladder. But when the tender was called, it was stipulated that in case of fault in the line, modern methods would be used for its quick repair.

When TSECL called for tenders, such onerous and several conditions were imposed that prevented local contractors from participating in the tenders. But now it appears that the people of Sai Computer Agency are not providing the electricity service as per the conditions mentioned in the tender. However, the headquarters of TSECL is not saying anything to SAI Computer Agency for some unknown reason. However, from the very beginning there was a complaint against Sai Computer Agency that Sai Computer Agency had setting up everything from Delhi. Therefore, the then power minister Jishnu Debbarma or the current power minister Ratan Nath cannot do anything to Sai Computer Agency. The people of Kailasahar have also understood this. So they decided not to let Sai Computer Agency people stay in Kailashahar. So people have decided against the party opinion that no house will be rented to anyone from Sai Computer Agency in Kailashahar. No one can say whether there has ever been such an unprecedented incident in Tripura in the past to drive an unprofessional out-of-state contractor company out of the state.It has been reported that since this morning, one of Sai Computer Agency's official has been taken out of a rented house in Kailasahar Town area and the house has been locked.
